At Vital Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
